Through verbal instruction, imagery, demonstration, and hands-on direction, yoga postures and breathing exercises are uniquely chosen and developed to meet your specific needs. Consistent private instruction gradually and effectively increases your strength, endurance, and range of motion. Our yoga teachers are available for private instruction.

90 minutes dedicated to building a comfortable foundation for the beginner, preparing you to confidently attend group classes.

THE ENLIGHTENER
A customized session focusing on areas of your practice where you feel stuck, confused or disheartened.
 

THE HEALER
Safely and effectively rebound from an injury with target sequences to support the recovery process.

THE CHECK-IN
Enjoy 60-90 minutes of undivided attention from one of your favorite teachers to see where you are on the yogic path.

THE COMBO
Treat yourself to 45 minutes to 1 hour of Yoga + 45 minutes to 1 hour of Thai bodywork for a whole being experience.

THE THAI FLY
1 hour of soothing Thai Bodywork and half hour of AcroYoga therapeutics.

THE FIESTA
A private group class customized for you and your friends or colleagues to celebrate a birthday or other special event in a healthy way!

BIRTH PREP
This is a lesson usually done in your home with mama-to-be and Dad/significant other(s) who plan to attend the birth. Each session is different depending on the needs, circumstances, desires, and concerns of the expecting parents. Expect to come away with new understanding and a variety of ideas to draw on when the time comes to bring a baby into the world.
